At Danielle's Consignment Boutique, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our shipping process, timelines, and available options.


1. Local Pickup

We offer a free local pickup option for customers who prefer to pick up their orders in person.

Pickup Location: 2130 South Broadway, Rochester, MN 55904

Pickup Hours:
Mon - Thurs: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Fri & Sat: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sun: Call for hours

Processing Time for Pickup Orders: Orders are usually ready within two 
business days
. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.

Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation when picking up your order.


2. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended, and we will notify you accordingly.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.


3. Shipping Times & Rates

We currently only ship within the United States. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.


Shipping Chart

Standard calculated shipping is available for all U.S. states, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Expedited and Express shipping are available for most locations but may not be available for PO Boxes and military addresses.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.


4. Shipping Delays & Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Weather conditions

Carrier delays (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)

High order volumes during holidays

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at ddshoes1310@gmail.com for assistance.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
