Refund policy

At Danielle's Consignment Boutique, we strive to provide high-quality, gently loved items that meet your expectations. While most sales are final due to the nature of consignment, we do offer a limited 5-business-day grace period for return or exchange requests only on items purchased online from our website. In-store purchases are non-refundable.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 5 business days of delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be:

  • In the same condition as when purchased

  • Unworn and unused, with any original tags still attached (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

All return and exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.

After 5 business days, all sales are considered final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

NOTE: All sales at our physical store location are final. The 5-day limited refund policy applies only to online purchases.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
